The next day the master was gone to work and the wife was in the house with the servants. She then invited Abigail to her room to find out what they were discussing.

"Tell me Abi, did you hear what my husband was discussing with Jaila?"

"Yes madam,"

"Good!" she was expecting to hear their secret, "So tell me what you heard,"

"I came to the door when Jaila was asking him, If that was the reason he didn't carry her kids in his arms as usual, when he got into her room,"

"What did he say?" Verona was curious and she responded,

" He just said, "Maybe," then she apologized to him,"

"What exact words did she use while rendering her apology," the wife was anxious, the helper repeated what Jaila said, "She just said she was sorry, and your husband told her to know that, it was very important to him."

"What did he say was important to him?"

"I don't know madam,"

"And then later,"

"He walked out and was surprised to see me standing at the door. Then he asked me why I was standing there, telling me to get busy, and stop listening to what could cost me my job. I am afraid to lose my job."

"Be careful next time and do everything to find out what important thing is happening between Jaila and my husband."

Verona was pissed off, to learned that there was something important happening between her husband and Jaila, a common maid.

Her husband was nervous about the turned out of the paternity test of the twins and even wondered who was funding the DNA test because it was very costly. He had refused to fund it, so that Fanla was going to give up because it was very expensive, but was surprised the poor boy and his lawyer invited him to the hospital to find out about the result from a neutral doctor. He couldn't imagine that his wife was the one sponsoring the entire operation behind his back. His entire house was made up of so many hidden secrets.

The reason he panicked but refused telling his wife what was bothering him so much.

"What is the matter honey,"

"Nothing,"

"But you don't seem okay to me,"

"Everything is fine."

Then he told her he was going to the hospital,

"What are you going to the hospital to do?"

"It's nothing to worry about."

When he left, the wife knew he was going to find out who was the real father of the twins. She was absolutely sure that it was going to be Jambo.

immediately he left and she called the lawyer to inform him, "My husband is already on the way."

As he got to the hospital, the doctor invited three of them in to his office. They were so anxious and the doctor sat on his desk and waited for the lab result.

"Just be patient, the report will be here soon."

Mr. Beri was restless on his seat for the few minutes before the nurse brought a piece of paper to the doctor.

"This is the report doctor," she handed it to him, when he glanced through he inquired, "Is it the request I asked for?"

"Yes doctor,"

"You can now leave us."

The nurse left his office and he said,

"As you all required DNA results of the twins, to show if Fanla is their father. Mr. Beri I believe we have bad news for all of you."

"Dr. spilled it out," Fanla said, while smiling, he had already understood that if the bad news was for Mr. Beri it was good news for him.

"Whatever the result is, you all should promise me that you will not jeopardize the well-being of those kids,"

"We promise."

"Doctor, can you just tell us the results."

"You all should calm down. I will need to compare both samples to be sure of what I am seeing."

The doctor doubted and wanted to be sure himself.
