1. No nation has the right to invade another unjustly
In Islam, aggression is forbidden, regardless of who commits it.
“Fight in the way of Allah those who fight you, but do not transgress. Indeed, Allah does not love the transgressors.”
(Qur’an 2:190)
Invading a country for power, resources, or dominance is ظلم (oppression), even if it is justified with political slogans like “democracy” or “security”.

2. Rulers are not above accountability
Islam does not sanctify presidents, kings, or leaders.
If a leader is:
• unjust
• oppressive to his people
• corrupt
then he will answer to Allah, whether arrested in this world or not.
The Prophet ﷺ said:
“The most severely punished on the Day of Judgment is an unjust ruler.”
(Reported in Ṭabarānī, meaning supported by sound texts)
